Gateron Smoothie

The Gateron Smoothie Switch is Full POM Linear produced by Gateron. These premium switches don't require any modification and are perfectly fine to use stock. They are extremely smooth because they come with a light coat of oil from the factory and are made from POM plastics which has a low coefficient of friction.

Gateron Smoothies, like other long pole switches, produce a distinct and satisfying sound compared to traditional MX linears because the long-pole contacts the bottom housing slightly earlier than usual.

Compared to the Morandi Linear, these switches lighter, have a heavier amount of factory lube and the stems do not wobble in the housing as much. These switches feel slightly more stable but also stiffer in comparison to the WS switches.
