Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns due to a Change of Mind.

Unclaimed Orders
If you do not collect or accept your parcel within the timeframe provided by Australia Post, you must contact MechStock immediately to arrange a solution.
There will be a 5% processing fee if your order is returned and a refund is requested.
If you would like to still keep the order and have the parcel sent out again, you must pay for postage again.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Missing Items
If there are any discrepancies and you seem to be missing items, please contact us immediately with photos of the shipping label and parcels contents.
